Had nothing but pain & agony from this practice. From the beginning I was lied to about their capabilities. They are good sales people, but don't deliver on their promises. Dr. Palmer is young and inexperienced, and not capable of much.
The office staff is incapable of producing accurate insurance estimates, and make mistakes in scheduling times, etc. causing major inconveniences for patients. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy!
