I was very disappointed today at this office. After being a patient here for many years I noticed that there was WiFi in the office. I go to various offices routinely and enjoy the WiFi at these locations. Today I brought my Kindle to this office and wanted to check my email etc. There is WiFi in this office and I asked the desk person for the PW. for the WiFi. She said that they did not have WiFi. I showed her that there was indeed Wifi available. She then said she didn't know the PW. If they have Wifi..doesn't it make sense that the office staff would know of it and the PW? Perhaps the office staff is incompetent or just lying....I am not sure. I am not criticizing the competence of the Dentist or his dental assistants., but the front office needs to be better informed. the WiFi is there..why not extend it use to the patients that actually spend money for the other services?

We are truly sorry that you did not understand our policy. I will make it a point to go over it again with our staff so that they may explain it better to patient’s who ask.
It is true we do have Wi-Fi----but it is only inner office pers
