my son had to have one of her "white" fillings redone after only 6 months, due to a "void", also fixing of overhangs and other issues need to be fixed. i didn't like her comment about our new dentist and only refunded me for the one filling. she showed no remorse about his need for many revisits with pain and inconvenience due to her poor workmanship. she is not good at "white" fillings. i have one filling of hers, only 1 year old, that is on a "watch" to be redone. i was a long time pt of dr ferrais and i am very disappointed in her work and attitude.
