I have beautiful implants (done by my former AMAZING dentist in Texas) and since moving to Boston (without a car), have yet to find a dentist that accepts Cigna that has the cleaning tools necessary to use on implants (metal tools are bad for implants).
The first time I went to Dr. Liu I let the fact that he didn't have plastic tools slide because he didn't know I had implants. The second time he still didn't have them, that was just disrespectful. The second cleaning appt was with his new hygienist, who was very nice, but I did have to wait over an hour past my 6pm appt time before being seen.
The hygienist also wanted to cover up a discoloration on one of my teeth, but they didn't have the color that she had just matched it with. She was going to use the next color down. NO thank you. I will not be going back to say the least.
