I had a toothache that had been really keeping me up at night, and I knew that I needed to see a dentist. I came across Dr. Byrd’s office and called to set up an appointment. They got me in the same day I called,and even tried to work around me getting my kids on the bus. Sadly to say, I need a root canal with a crown, and with no insurance it was not in my families’ budget.When I went to check out and pay the exam fee, the front desk women was very helpful and went over different payment options. She even gave me the name of a discount plan that my family should look into.I am very impressed with how this office does business.Instead of just taking full fee for treatment, they took the time to give me, the uninsured options…now a day you don’t find too many businesses that would out right offer financial options.I am scheduled tomorrow for my treatment and my kids are scheduled when schools out, and I can honestly say I am happy with the family dentist I chose for me and my family!
