I've been going to this Dentist for general cleanings and X-Rays for several years now. The actual work performed is good and the rooms are comfortable with good jazz music playing. However, the customer service is poor. You must schedule an appointment 2 to 3 months in advance if you want to get in early before or after work (I'm a 9 to 5er). More importantly, they seem to have a lot of trouble figuring out the billing and insurance payments. Lots of errors and miscalculations leading to erroneous bills TWO YEARS down the road. And I never once meet the actual Doctor - only the assistants who do the cleaning and X-rays.
