He terrified my daughter who has anxiety. Wouldn't listen to her, waved a needle about which she is frightened of and told her "it's all in your head". His skills are top notch, she admits he was good at his trade. But he even called me in to "tell me" what he was going to do, not ask me what we could afford to do. He talked over top of me, wouldn't listen and was very bossy. We got only 1 out of 2 teeth pulled, when I told him she needed the bottom one out first, but he pulled the top. Said the bottom would be fine, there were other things that needed to be done. Currently I've had to get my daughter in for an emergency extraction, due to the wisdom tooth crushing and breaking a chunk off the bottom tooth I asked him to take out. She's been in so much pain due to that tooth. If he'd just taken it out, she wouldn't have had to go through this.

About Front Desk: Most front desk folks were fine... it was only the Dr. Cudd that was unpleasant. I do not like being told what's going to be done to my daughter without my say so... I tried to tell him we can't afford all that. He said get insurance. I can't afford it or I would have had it. He wasn't understanding or compassionate. He expected me to just let him do his plan and pay for it.

About Hygienist: Most of the other staff was great, in fact, it was because of them we stuck with the appointments to get the extractions. Then he only pulled one... scared her, bullied and was rude to her. She didn't want to see him again. I don't blame her.

I know this doctor: Went to Dr. Cudd for first time.
