About Front Desk: Dr. Clower is an old fart who lets his young staff run all over him and his costomers. Some of the ladies are nice and some of very rough and mean. Things they forgot to put back on my sons orthodontic equipment at different appointments are, the main wire, brackets, and bands. The lady manager has Dr. Clower by the balls. They are unorganized and clearly in a bad mood most of the time.
