Dr Z. saw me in an almost emergency situation and fixed my previous dentist's huge mistake QUICKLY, COMPLETELY & PAINLESSLY. He used a rubber dam to prevent infection, has great hands, told me what he was doing and was humming a good tune the whole while. The receptionist was polite and fit me in immediately. She took the time to listen to my comments about my out of state insurance, which is always a test of any good receptionists patience. She made many calls without complaint to be sure we were both on the same page with regard to compensation. 5 stars.
