I've been a patient for probably 10 years now. They do great work, but it is a little depersonalized in a sort of assembly line style (but this is why they do it well - everyone does their specific thing). I've had a few crowns and they are comfortable and beautiful. It would be nice, though, if they would walk you through all the procedures you have to go through before they start the first one, e.g. Visit 1: Root canal, 2: shape for post and impression, 3: get post and impression, 4: get crown and shape. Knowing what is coming is never clear. All the other doctors are as good as Meola in their fields.
Dental assistants are great.
Office managers were always willing to help with insurance.
Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Yes.
