I am very upset the way your desk staff treat me-
Patient for 45 years- a;ways pay bill on time
Past Manager-Leo- was professional and helpfu'
Last weeks unexpected tooth removal & implant
Secretartary ( w long black hair)told me I had to pay that day- told her I would pay next appt as procedure was unplanned- again said I must pay-told Polly I would pay next week
Today a tooth fell out and I emergently saw Dr Feredouni and Ezmerelda who were both so nice and helpful
At deskmanager came over and told me I needed to pay my bill today- said a few times- I told her a few times again that I would pay next week when I would see Dr Feredouni for f/u
I am uncomfortable with desk staff (not Polly)= feel I am being harassed . If these practices continue I will f/u w Dental Society
You and Dr Feredouni have been kind to me but now I feel so uncomfortable in your office and wanted you to know
