About Front Desk: When the estimate for 3 cavities was ridiculously high, we sought another dentist that was closer to our home and a better estimate. When Dr. Smith's office was called to transfer the charts to another dentist, they refused to release the charts for 30 days and not until my husband did an "exit interview" with the dentist. My husband cannot wait 30 days, nor should he have to wait 30 days to receive HIS records! This office only wants your money!
