I have been going to Dr. Zaner for over ten years. He does procedures himself, you aren't sent to someone else. He has done 4 of my root canals and crowns. Never any problems. He charges you for a missed appointment. He keeps his cost down by keeping the chairs full. But I rarely wait more the 5 minutes past my appointed time. The hygenist that clean your teeth change frequently.
