Pros: (1) The staff is always happy, this is not just the standard office hello how are you but from the heart. My inital indication that the dentist might be a cut above. (2) Dr. R only does what is necessary to get or keep you healthy, no extras unless you want. (3) He does not hard sale and gives you options for minimum cost to you with needed benefit. (4) He is pleasant and easy to talk to... (5) Best one...he listens to you. Con: If I think about it , it may be his singing for some, but I like it. He seems to know every song and when he does'nt, it is hilarious. Looking for a new general dentist that won't do everything possible to pay for his boat/yacht...check Dr. R. Highly recommend
