Dr. Marc is a very charismatic dentist who takes the time to explain the treatment options and seems interested in his patients well being. He has treated our family for 3 years and we are very pleased with him. His assistants are equally professional and pleasant. Appointments are always kept within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. My one complaint is with the billing. They seem to be a bit lost and I never have any confidence that I am billed correctly. There system for presenting the bills is quite confusing and difficult to reconcile with the statements I receive from Delta Dental. I have also had to correct them a few times when they overcharged based upon the Delta Dental statement. So, my final word is that the dental treatment side of the practice is excellent but the admin side leaves a bit to be desired.
