At my 1st checkup, Dr Baer pointed out a cavity and recommended filling it. At my 2nd checkup, she said that the cavity hadn't changed and that she still recommended filling it. However, the paper I received from her office for the 1st checkup recommended filling a different tooth than the paper for the 2nd checkup.
When I called her office to ask what had gone wrong, the assistant Rochelle couldn't find my treatment plan from the 1st checkup, didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistake, didn't consult the hygienist or Dr Baer, and proposed that I pay to come back for another visit so that Dr Baer could figure out which tooth she meant. I asked for Dr Baer to call me, but she never did.
