About Front Desk: I found the that the front desk staff was rude and did not at all represent Dr Cook well because the way that they handle situations with payment was rude I wrote a check they said they hand ran the check twice and it had came back with insufficient funds my husband and I work very hard we have plenty of money in the account don't know what happen if it was their fault really or the banks but there was money in the account for this procedure that was performed the whole time and then when I called the lady to tell her there should have been money in the account she got rude back and said it said it was returned twice for non sufficient funds so I mediately call my bank and ask them what happened courses that I don't know because their was plenty of money in the account so I don't know if it was their bank or my bank then I looked at my statement and it had not been ran twice so I don't know I just felt like that they were rude.and there was plenty of money in the account because as soon as I gave them my debit card it went through right then money was in the account it has been in the account the whole time so I think the front desk staff is incompetent because it's strange to me that I gave them my debit card that was from the same account their was plenty of money in there for the procedure that was performed on my daughter and I also noticed that when there was an older couple that was trying to fill out information on the tablet they would ask for helping and the receptionist was not helpful to them at all .they're not at all respectful to older people who are not computer savvy.
