Dr. Gilbert put in some fillings which were done reasonably well. He is pleasant and honest. He admits his mistakes. Everything is very clean. I can't complain about the dentistry service. My wife, however, had an artificial tooth put in and she was't overly impressed with the final result. Ofcourse, it may have been a difficult procedure. My wife says that the tooth cleanings were done quite well. The primary problems with Dr. Gilbert were with the secretary. She failed to get pre-authourization for my wife's artifical tooth procedure from Delta Dental. This ended up costing us lots of extra money and anguish. I also had numerous problems assocatied with the filing of insurance claims and had to end up calling Delta Dental or the secretary several times. However, I believe Delta Dental may be partly to blame for this also. Fortunately, Dr. Gilbert has recently changed secretaries which I'm sure will only improve things. I think with a good secretary Dr. Gilbert would (generally) provide a good service. The cost of the procedures I have found were average to a bit on the high side. The hygienists have all been very friendly and competent.
