I have been trying since March 6th, 2012 to get my dental x rays, dental records, and what I paid for and what my ins. co paid for because my records to do match up with my Ins. co.
also I need to see a Dentis like now and I do not want to go back to Dr Woods office because I do not like them and they are very very expensive. I have called and spoken to Julie, Tonya, and Beth trying to get my records and not one will send them to me they keep telling me they dont know who is handling my account. If you do go to this Dr and something inside of you tells you to turn around and find another Dentist for your own self and you wallet please turn around and run as far away from this office as you can. Because I sure wish thats what I had done the evening that I went there. I paid over five thousand dollars plus what my Ins. co. paid and now they wont even send me my x rays, dental records, or what they charged me and my Ins. Co. for ? Really Really makes me wonder what they dont want me another Dentist or my Ins Co. to see.
