Mediocre Dentist with inept and questionable billing practices.
First - billing is inept. They could never manage to properly bill my insurance so I kept getting notices that I owed money for normal and routine visits. I called my insurance company several times and they told me that the claims were being submitted incorrectly. After a couple of years of trying to get the staff at gentle dental to fix them, I gave up and paid the bill and went to another dentist. They were able to file the claim correctly the first time and I have never seen a bill from them.
Second - questionable charges. $25 for dental advice which pretty much consisted of telling me to brush and floss. I told Dr. Fox that I no longer required dental advice and even had them notate my file that I didn't require this "advice" but I kept getting billed for it. Same goes for the fluoride rinse. No need for it after having the fluoride applied to my teeth. Always refused the rinse when presented with it, but always billed for it in the end.
At the end of the day i cannot recommend this practice as I feel they are
1 - not very good
2 - out to fleece their patients
