First visit/Tooth sensitivity issue - Got in on the same day. Quick check and referred to endodontist
Second Visit/Cleaning and check endodontist's work - Dr. was out sick. I was not informed about this until I arrived at the office for my appointment. They had my cell and work numbers, but left a message for me at home on a work day. Really?!? Rescheduled for 2 weeks later
Third Visit - Arrived 5 minutes before my appt. Was told the Dr. was running a FEW minutes behind. Another patient, waiting for the Dr. when I arrived, was seen by the Dr. at my appt. time. Waited over 40 minutes with no update. Asked receptionist what was going on. Was told the Dr. would be at least 15 more minutes. REALLY?!?! Why wasn't I unformed the Dr. was running AN HOUR BEHIN! Told receptionist I could not wait any longer and would call tomorrow to re-schedule...AGAIN!
Fourth Visit - There will not be a fourth visit.
They are either so busy they should not be taking additional patients, or the schedulers/receptionists are so inept, they need to be fired or retrained.
I like Dr. Keck: engaging, informative. Staff: Nice, but inept, ready to spout "policy." If I have to pay $100 for missed appts, where is my $$ for being blown off 2X'
