About Front Desk: She was the best part about the office experience, ( good, friendly personality), but she could be a little more understanding of what I was telling her about the problems bout my teeth and what my needs were.

About Hygienist: She should be more professional, not personal with the patients. The chair was so uncomfortable ( old) that my back problem started making my lower back sore. I told her that I have a back problem, it was hurting. Nevertheless, The assistant told me repeatedly to sit up, and Pushed! the chair against my back. I asked to recline it, but she didn't want to. She did that to me every time I went in to sit in the chair. She pushed! the chair against my back in a 90 degrees angle, which was very uncomfortable. I was bothered with her treatment for days!
