Horrible customer service. Reminder calls done a week prior to appt. if you miss appt. you are charged 58.00 will not not reduce this amount or remove it EVER. He is not the best orthodontist, but gets basic results. If you can afford better than I would suggest going somewhere else! Staff is not customer friendly, they are only concerned with getting their money and not their patients. Wish we had gone someplace else cant wait till the braces are off and can get away from this horrible ortho situation.
