Dr Holt's office was extraordinarily professional and comforting to me. I was referred to her because of my fear of dental work, and her staff (Heather, in particular) was so very nice in explaining various options to me. They always made me feel at ease and kept me comfortable. After three sessions where I was sedated for root canal work, Dr Holt said she felt I was doing well, and she thought I could come in next time for my final session without sedation. It does cost extra for that, so I felt she must really care more about me than whether she got the extra money. My appointment is this afternoon, so we'll see how it goes, but I'm expecting everything to be alright.
