Office help not helpful. Misinformed about insurance policy. After a month still had not submitted insurance claim. Requires you to pay for complete service upfront even though final costs and visits will not be for months. Last insurance claim refund was supposed to be made to me, they had it paid to them. Only way I found out was to call insurance company who told me they had already paid Hague's office. Hague seems ok, office staff that handles insurance is a joke.
