Dr. Leff is polite enough to the patient, but his concern for you appears to be a bit of a veneer. He comes off as going through the motions rather than having any true concern or empathy. He's not very nice to his assistants, and snaps at them during the procedures. They appear to dislike him, and are more empathetic than he is. He works on multiple patients simultaneously, which is unpleasant and makes it take longer. This is also the first provider of any healthcare I've ever been to that won't send you a bill of what is left after insurance pays. You have to pay after your appointment, and they will (supposedly) reimburse you for what you paid over. I have yet to see that money back.
