HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Was told I have to have 2 cavities needing filling. Told he had to remove 2 fillings to get to the cavities. I told him I wasn't having any problems with my teeth and didn't want them removed. I inquired why and was told to "toughen up." Immediately following the procedure,I experienced severe non-stop toothaches and pain for weeks. I went back & inquired how long to expect this. He sarcastically said, "Ask God!"
Never having problems & knowing last cavity/filling was over 26 years ago, I asked if it could be a nerve issue. I asked how to tell. He rudely said, "Because if I said I didn't hit a nerve, I didn't hit a nerve." Several weeks later one filling fell out. Needless to say, I sought care elsewhere & was told by 3 dentists who reviewed my x-rays that this was an unnecessary procedure. Now, 19 months later, I continue to have sensitivity with the 2 teeth. Additionally, the other filling fell out. Prior to this ordeal, I never had a tooth related issue. I have written several letters requesting my money back. This would seem reasonable considering the added expenses I have incurred. I have not had the courtesy of a return call to discuss. Save yourself the toothache, go to another dentist!!
