About Front Desk: Terrible. I spoke to a lady named 'Megan' and tried to set up an appointment. Using my husband's insurance (had great benefits), I tried to make an appointment over the phone. Megan was very rude, not helpful, and only wanted my insurance information for verification. I even offered my husband's HR specialists number for any clarification, but wouldn't even take the time to call for a 2 minute conversation. I don't understand how people can be rude, when they are trying to bring in new business. Do they want to fail and turn people away? We are fully covered by our insurance and can afford dental care and yet, they offer poor customer service. I wasted over 30 minutes of my time to make an appointment. I called another dentist office and voila! appointment made in 5 minutes! ridiculous.
