was always friendly but never completed service for braces that had been paid for. When he moved he never sent dental records to the dentist we were having to see and my insurance had paid him all they would pay for claim. Therefore, I had to pay out of pocket to the dentist that we had to switch to not only for 1 child but for 2 who were in braces.
