Not worth the money. The office manager is rude, arrogant and not helpful. She is all smiles during payment but not after that. I ask to reschedule an appt and told her that I would do either office (I was told during our orientation that this was no problem). When I tried to reschedule, she told me that Lexington on Tuesdays are my only availability and the next appt was in 6 weeks. I asked if that would hurt their braces (I have two in braces) $11000... She said that it could and it would prolong their treatment. She was flippant and not concerned for their well being at all. I am most disappointed and will not be taking my younger children there. I need minimal flexibility and they do not cut the mustard.
