told my young daughter her mouth was a "train wreck." once we were given a proposal and evaluation by the business person(not the orthodontist)we were told everything was included but couldn't explain what "everything" meant. very old school way of approaching orthodontist. pulling perm teeth and no options for an overbite. all they kept saying was "surgery." in all of our visits this had never been mentioned so their treatment plan came as a shock. when I called back and asked to actually talk to the orthodontist about his evaluation, I was told I had to wait a week and a half. in the mean time, I got a second opinion and I'm glad I did! no pulling perm teeth just more baby teeth and gave us a great option to help jaw and overbite. more progressive way of thinking. perm teeth teeth should only be pulled as a last resort. and the ortho himself should go over his evaluation not the buisness person who could not explain the treatment. proposal only had a price and no explanation of services.
