About Front Desk: The front staff was so unprofessional. Half the time they didn't get up to help me and the other half the time they were on their cell phones, not even bothered with their work or patients. This might as well been a Medicaid office in a bad part of town, because that's the type of service I got. They probably have better service at a place like that. The staff was rude, seemed unhelpful, as if we were bothering them. I believe I met Dr. Miles wife, she was rude and crude and very disrespectful in her manner towards specfic patients. I would never again go there and spend my money to be treated like that and see that circus show. If you don't want to work and help patients, you should stay home.
