About Front Desk: Dr. Lopp does not have a "front desk" staff. He uses the back corner of a large dental office (consisting of 2-3 rooms). Granted they had just moved here but the "office" was a mess; the laptop was set up on a TV tray. Dr. Lopp also only practices two days a week in GSO (Wed and Thurs). This was rather inconvenient but again 1) my fault for not doing my research yet 2) even more reason to leave this provider altogether. Lastly, Dr. Lopp is an older gentleman; whether or not this factor into how long I had to wait, I don't know but don't expect to be in and out in any reasonable amount of time. My second appointment was at 8:00 and I was there bright and early. He didn't come in through the front door in full view of the waiting room until 8:15. If you do visit this provider, I hope your visits are much more successful.

About Hygienist: She was not very personable. In fact, it was quite awkward trying to start a conversation with her, she being very unresponsive, and then just sitting there twiddling my thumbs waiting for a provider that eventually insult me.
