Although my experience with Dr Olsen was not a recent one, I was unaware of this site until now and still feel the need to review this clown. Luckily, I moved on to a much more professional dentist who can communicate clearly while making you feel at ease. Dr Olsen was rude and talked over me when I would try to ask questions. He was awkward and lacked general customer service skills as well as professional skills. Please don't waste your time with this person if he is still a dentist.
