While Dr. Zervos and dental staff appear to be somewhat capable practitioners, the administrative part of the practice leaves much to be desired. Customer service and treating patients with the attitude and respect they deserve are lacking. Patients are badgered at check out time to pay copays even when the actual copay amount is unknown. Billing is fraught with errors and it is like "pulling teeth" to have your account corrected.
