I was referred to Dr. Burnett by my dentist, who did not have the required equipment to remove and replace an old defective root canal. I was able to get an appointment quickly. All the office and medical staff were very reassuring. The office is nice, clean, not overdone. Office staff explained the fee structure up front, so there were no surprises. The fee seemed high but endodontics is a specialty; I have no way of knowing how it compares with the average. Dr. Burnett was neat, thorough, reassuring, workmanlike, very sympathetic to nerves (!), and the treatment was completely successful. I felt everyone in the office was responsive to me and to my questions. The equipment seemed state of the art (digital computer display was interesting). Dr. B explained everything to my satisfaction and his follow up instructions were clear and complete. If I ever need endodontic work done again, I would return to Dr. Burnett without hesitation.
