Overall, I've been happy with Tomei. Lately though, their service has gone downhill. Today, for instance, I called first thing with a sore tooth that is keeping me awake at night. It's 4 o'clock and I still haven't heard back. Also, they recently changed their billing policy so that patients have to pay at the time of service. They estimate the payment and I've noticed rhey are off from what insurance actually covers. They seem confused and unable to help. I'm actually shopping for a new dentist because I need my tooth fixed today so I can get some sleep!
