The first time I went into Dr. Bailey's office, I thought i was in the wrong place. This was not my typical visit to the dentist. The entrance and reception area gave me a warm feeling of being at home. It looked like a living room. As they heard me enter, the entire staff came to greet me at the door (not the window like my former dentist would do with a sign up sheet). I first went there because I wanted to whiten my teeth. I got my braces off a couple of years ago, and I knew whitening my teeth would be the perfect way to show off my smile. I was happy with my bleaching results and decided that this is one office I do not want to leave.
Now, I get the usual cleanings by their hygienist. She is very gentle and she tells me everything I need to do at home and what they can do for me in the office to take good care of my teeth.
I had a nice experience at Dr. Bailey's office and was very pleased with the way the staff treated me. They made sure I was comfortable and that I understood everything that was going on chair-side.
My very first visit changed my stereotype view of your usual dentsit. I would recommend his office for anyone interested in getting good service and the best results.
