This was my childhood dentist (from age five through age 18), and while I am now grown and have moved several times since high school (when I went to college and then again when I got married), I never found another dentist I really liked, so even though I live an hour away, I still come back "home" to go to the dentist. My mom has also gone back to Dr. Cook despite the fact that she lves in a different city now, too. Several of my in-laws also go to Dr. Cook. The best thing I can say about Cook is that he is a perfectionist. Also he's not pushy. This is a good place if you are looking for a family dentist. (I am not sure about what the cost is because I have insurance and because my husband is the one that deals with the bills anyway, but I am pretty sure that they are fairly priced.)
