revieved a root cannal secondary to inpactd tooth.
for years the infection continued. when I called Dr Bull
office was given same antibiotic and pai med, I was told
Dr Bull would call he never did. this continued on several
occasoins. I was not asked to return to the office. only did the infection clear up when I was given a Z-pack antibiotic by
my PCP for a cold virus.
I was able to make payments for my expensive procedure, I did have insurance, although two of my payments were posted to someone else's accound and I recieved demanding letters from Dr Bull's office.
