My family used Dr. Penn for years. He does practice gentle denistry, very friendly, and performed top quality work. He teated us like family.
I never had any problems with him. My son was petrified of doctors, but had no problems throughout the years with dentist appointments due to Dr. Penn and his staff being so gentle with him.
I live out of the area now, and find it too far to drive anymore, but will always be grateful for having him as a dentist.
About Hygienist: Many fantastik hygenist in the office.
