Myself and many member of my family have been long time patients of Dr. Jones and his staff. Way back when this practice used to be called Gentle Care Dental. However, within the last two years the professionalism of this practice has dropped dramatically. The two dentists in this practice split and the Mrs. Jones the wife of Dr. Jones took over running the office. She fired excellent long term and dedicated employees. The front office staff continually rotated. The professionalism continued down hill. What finally did it for me is I showed up for a cleaning appointment to find the office closed with a sign on the door that stated they would return on Monday. Seriously...I had to take time of work to be greeted by a sign on the door. That did it. At one point their son who is also a dentist worked there and now he does not. I wonder why? Once the wife got involved this practice went down hill. Stay away.

About Front Desk: The front office staff rotated so much there never seemed to be the same face anytime I was there. Not just for my appointments but for my mother or my sons. I believe there were at least 8 new faces within several months. That tells you a lot about how the office is run. Either the office manager is awful to work for or the office manager is just plain awful.

About Hygienist: My long term hygienist was awesome but she along with others were fired when the wife took over running the practice. I'd love to give my hygienist 5 stars, but unfortunately I can not.
