My family have been patients since we first discovered him eighteen years ago. He has been extremely accomodating and helpful with our dental health. I especially appreciate the fact that he began VERY early to acclimate my children to his care. They would sit on our laps or play on the floor of his treatment rooms while he was working on our teeth. By the time their teeth were ready for celaning, flossing and what not, they had no fear and visiting the dentist was like visiting a very good friend. This can have a negative effect as well. When I was chastising my now 13 year old son about not brushing recently, he had no fear of my threatened cavities. He told me that it "wasn't a big deal. Dr. Poy can fix them." LOL
