Horrible experience. Dr. Roy has no children skills what so ever. Threatening techniques are not a proper way to deal with kids. I would never recommend this dentist . I think he needs to learn how to be understanding and know when to open his mouth. Telling a child to hush or that he is going to make his parent step out of the room in the hall is not ok. I would recommend that this dentist take some child classes, as he seems to have no idea on how to deal with children.
