I would not recommend this dental office due to their poor customer service. They have very limited hours, no voice mail, no e-mail, no web site. For those of us that work a 9-5 job it is virtually impossible to contact them. I've had to personally follow-up with several insurance claims that didn't get processed correctly. On more than one occasion I would receive a billing statement that said it was in collections, when in fact it was the first time I'd even seen the bill - don't know what all that was about, but couldn't get a hold of them to find out because of there limited methods of communication. They are always trying to sell you something too.
About Hygienist: On the other hand, the hygienist I dealt with was probably the best I have ever had. Too bad I can't remember her name : (
