Dr Tri is a good doctor, and presents as nice, but since it is his office I can only blame him for policies and practices of his office staff. A misunderstanding over payment (of less than $40.00, mind you) that was eventually paid by insurance, and that I was unaware of, caused office staff to treat me like a criminal. I felt like my integrity was questioned, I was called a liar, and I was treated like it was my plan to try to get away with not paying 30-some measly dollars. This was all after I found out about the payment delay because I tried to make a routine appointment and was told that I could not. I was confused and the receptionist had no information other than to say that that is what my file said (I was never informed of my blacklisting, much as no one ever spoke to me about a payment problem). Having been a patient for several years I asked to have Dr. Tri call me. He did not and everytime office staff called me I repeatedly asked to have Dr. Tri call me. He never did.
