In a word this place is creepy and unwelcoming. You walk into the office, no one greets you, they look annoyed that you are there. The dentist is unfriendly, arrogant, and makes you feel like you are ruining his day by being there. I was given paperwork for a bone graft, which i was not having, and when the dentist injected the novacaine, the nurse held me down, as if I was in a mental institution needing restraints. During the procedure I felt the tugging of the teeth as they were being pulled and said "oh god" and the dentist said "oh god??? what oh god, you shouldnt be feeling anything" in a nasty tone. Two seconds after the procedure, they usher you to a desk, give you a bill, have you pay, usher you out a back door, and you are done. Horrible practice, horrible place, anyone would be better. I told my referring dentist, and he told me they had received numerous complaints of this nature and would not be using him again. Run do not walk to another oral surgeon.
