I have been going to Dr. Brown for over 15 years. In that time I have learned that he truly cares for his patients. You are not just another number there. He has a small practice with just one assistant and one hygienist. He has had almost no turn over in his staff. (The same dental assistant has worked there since I began, and he has only had two hygienists). His hygienist has a wonderful, friendly attitude and does a through job. I have had more than one experience where he has put my needs first at his own financial expense. For example, having a child wiggle out a primary tooth with a cavity instead of filling it, or taking a look at a tooth for free. I trust him, which is rare these days with practitioners in big offices with a huge staff. For an emergency you can call him at home, and he will fit you into the schedule the same day. He is kind and gentle during fillings and is careful that you do not experience any unnecessary pain. His assistant does all the scheduling and billing. I have never had a problem with my bill. She also takes care of billing my insurance for me. She is quiet, but very intelligent and competent at her job. All and all a great office, especially if you like personal attention.
