This dentist's office is so unprofessional it's scary. Their invoices are unclear, they charge for work that has not been done. They perform work that is not necessary and then submit the charges to an insurance carrier. When requesting an explaination of charges, they do not respond. When the insurance carrier denies it, they submit the charges to a bill collector with out varification of what they did. Their office hours are inconvenient. 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (no saturaday's). They put a crown on my tooth that had a cavity in it. They charged my son $250.00 to fill a cavity - nothing serious was going on. Just a cavity that they spent about 15 minutes filling. My son told them he did not have insurance and they tried to submit it to my insurance carrier anyway.
This dentist office has questionable pracitices. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a dental office.
