Dr. not flexible with appt hours. I had to take off work and kids out of school when they wouldn't do later hours or Sat AM so I finally moved to Delta which offers both and could take us all at the same time.
Higher charges sometimes meant my insurance didn't fully cover. Have never paid a dime at Delta.
Felt guilty that the staff rode me about not brushing 3X / day.
